CNYSpeaks is administered by the Campbell Public Affairs Institute at the Maxwell School of Syracuse University, with significant faculty support from Maxwell’s Program on the Advancement of Research on Conflict and Collaboration (PARCC).
A special thanks to Chancellor Nancy Cantor for the Chancellor’s Leadership Project Award that continues to be CNYSpeaks’ major funding source. Additionally, thank you to The Post-Standard and Syracuse.com for their key financial and leadership role in the project’s formation, and for their continued coverage of its activities.
Increasingly, CNYSpeaks works in collaboration with other nonprofit, nonpartisan groups on its forums and activities. We have partnered, and/or are partnering with, FOCUS Greater Syracuse, the Onondaga Citizens League, La Casita, Imagining America, COLAB, the Arts Covenant, the Near West Side Initiative, the IDEAS Collaborative and other groups.
Additionally, we’ve been aided by the generosity of several venues we have held events at, including the Hotel Syracuse and Sophistications Jazz Cafe. Thank you!
CNYSpeaks would not be possible without the willingness of Maxwell School graduate students to volunteer as facilitators and to undertake the CNYSpeaks’ facilitator training. The recruitment and training of these graduate students is made possible by the hard work of the team that heads PARCC’s Conflict Management Center. Thank you!
Most importantly, thank YOU — the citizens of Central New York — for your participation, without which CNYSpeaks would have no meaning. You rock.
