CNYSpeaks is administered by the Campbell Public Affairs Institute at the Maxwell School of Syracuse University, with significant faculty support from Maxwell’s Program on the Advancement of Research on Conflict and Collaboration (PARCC).

Increasingly, CNYSpeaks works in collaboration with other nonprofit, nonpartisan groups on its forums and activities.
